What to Wear: Cruise Ready

I've never been on a cruise, have you? I imagine that they would be very relaxing and peaceful. I also imagine that it would be very beautiful to be out in the ocean without any land in sight. I bet the view is gorgeous! My parents are going on a cruise this summer with some other relatives of ours and I bet they are sure to have a blast. Mom has been going on and on about what to wear on the cruise. In my mind women are pretty much running around in outfits similar to the above. If you've been on a cruise, is this true? If you haven't been on a cruise, is this what you imagine too? I think you would want to be comfortable and ready to go for a swim at any moment so a swimsuit, cover up, and sandals are a must. Right?
