Joules is a brand I first feel in love with a couple years ago when I spotted these rain boots. Being the girly girl that I am the ribbon bows instantly made me swoon. I always find myself reaching for my wellibobs whenever the forecast calls for rain. I cannot even begin to describe how comfortable they are and how much they brighten up dreary days for me (plus their quality is amazing).
