Berry Delicious

Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of the Summer season. I hate the sweltering heat but I do love the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables especially berries. A few recipes I am looking forward to trying this summer (if I ever manage to find any time to spend in the kitchen) are Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake, Lemon Raspberry Cake, Blueberry Pie, and Strawberry and Cream Angel Food Cake Roll.
