Cut and Pastel













Each year during my childhood in the beginning of Spring myself and my sisters always received a new Easter dress that was typically in colors like daffodil, mint green, sky blue, or cotton candy pink. For this reason soft, subtle, sugary sweet pastels are always on the top of my list of favorite Spring fashions. Almost all high fashion designers featured pastel colors in their 2012 Spring collections. For a modern twist consider wearing different pastel colors in the same look.

    I love looking at pictures of people in high-fashion pastels, but I never actually get around to buying anything pastel for myself. Boo me! Everything I own is all dark and not spring-like at all.

    A new dress is such a lovely way to mark the start of spring! I particularly love the top combination of pastels and patterns, it's so softly eyecatching!
