Mend Your Fences

One of the things I think about, when I think about my future home, is having a beautiful fenced in yard. I would want a wonderful yard of green grass with a lovely fence. One thing I want is a big, spacious yard that is kept clean and neat. You know how they say people decide how they feel about someone based on a first impression? Well, to me a beautiful yard would present a great first impression of your home. Other than having a nice fence and spacious yard, I want lots of flowers around the edges of the yard. Flowers of various sizes and colors.

I could go with a white picket fence...


but I think I would prefer a wood stained fence or a bold color like this:


I also love this added detail of the heart cutouts in this fence.


and I love how lights are incorporated around this fence.


What about your dream home? Does it have a beautiful fenced in yard or open spaces?

    Such pretty, pretty fences!

    Our new home has a tall wooden fence in the backyard. We'd like to have an outdoors housewarming party there, and I will definitely have to remember the picture with the lights strung up. So pretty!

    I've always dreamed of having a small house right in the middle of a nice forest, a nice salmon pink fence covered in flowers and trees, my little house on the middle, with a small chimney ♥

    Mmmm my dream house isn't fenced in but on a beach some where or is surrounding by woods (but definitely somewhere warm)

    Gorgeous! My future home might have a fence- it'll depend. But it will DEFINITELY have a wrap around porch. That is a MUST.

    i've never thought much about fences, but i LOVE the picture of the one with the hearts cut out of each post. what a cute idea! i'd probably go with circles in stead of hearts, though.
