I had been wanting some chocolate cookies for a while and when a couple of friends and I decided to get together for a Gilmore Girls marathon, I knew these would be a perfect treat.
Ingredients
1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix (I had Devils Food on hand)
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil (I had Canola Oil)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Cup of Peanut Butter Chips (although we used a little more than this)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla together. Then stir in the pb chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
These turned out absolutely delicious. They were so simple to make and did not require us to dirty very many things. They were chocolaty and the pb chips just made them that much better. These were best when eatten while still warm with a cool cup of milk.
