We are posting our recipe post early this week because even during the busy week days you can find time to make this yummy dessert. You'll be surprised how wonderful something so easy to make can taste.
Ingredients
1 package cream cheese
1 package Oreos
2 packages white chocolate chips
Directions
1. Place Oreos in a gallon sized zip lock bag and crumble the cookies.
2. Place Oreos in a bowl and mix with cream cheese until the cream cheese is totally mixed in. 3. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place a toothpick in each ball. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Melt the white chocolate chips either on the stove or in the microwave. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate chips. Refridgerate again for at least 30 minutes.
These are a great snack or would make a perfect finger food for a party.
